The beauty of Jack3d is its LACK of ingredients – it is purely based on the most important components that make a great pre-workout nitric oxide drink, and nothing more. So let’s go through the components:

  • Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG)

When people mention “Nitric Oxide”, this is really what they’re talking about. Arginine is a precursor for nitric oxide production and improves blood flow and nutrient delivery (such as creatine or amino acids) to muscles. You don’t really drink ‘nitric oxide’ drinks – you drink stuff with AAKG and the like, which helps you get more nitric oxide into the muscles. This is what gives that incredibly fun pump when taking Jack3d.”Arginine pumps” are not permanent, but AAKG does work and it does increase peak output power, meaning you will get a better bench press, even if its slight, due to the Arginine in Jack3d. Combine it with creatine, and things get even more interesting, because the nitric oxide will help drive the creatine into your muscles — good news!

  • Creatine Monohydrate Powder

The arguments over creatine are over. It is safe, proven effective, and you can use it in the long-term. Anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong, and the studies in the link above show it. If you are not using creatine, you are not getting as good of results, both in strength as size, as you can. End of story. This ingredient is a no-brainer.We even recommend getting a bit extra creatine powder (2.5g more should do it for starters) either first thing in the morning, or immediately post-workout. Take it with 8oz of juice or simple sugars. The creatine in Jack3d is good, but not enough for most people.

  • Beta Alanine

Another great, safe supplement. Beta alanine is an amino acid which is scientifically proven to reduce fatigue. Beta alanine increases the concentration of carnosine in muscles. This then decreases fatigue in athletes and increases total muscular work done. The reason is because carnosine buffers against fatigue and helps expel that painful ammonia from your body. If your muscles run out of carnosine, you get fatigued. Take beta alanine before working out, you will get more carnosine production, and you will increase your endurance (both while lifting or doing cardio activities). Countless studies show this both in the field and in the lab. There is a limit to how much beta alanine will really help, and some people also get a tingling feeling in their skin from beta alanine. This is one of the side effects, but it will not harm you.

  • Caffeine

You should, by this time, be well aware of the benefits of working out with caffeine. This is the primary stimulant in Jack3d. If you’re not into caffeine or have never worked out with it, you’ve been missing out! Beginners should start with just 1/2 or 1 scoop of Jack3d to get acclimated.Caffeine increases focus, helps burn fat by heating your body up (it is “thermogenic”), and numerous studies have shown it as a performance enhancer. Our estimations are that there’s about 100mg of caffeine in each scoop of Jack3d.

  • 1,3-Dimethylamylamine HCl

1,3-Dimethylamylamine HCl is also known as Methylhexaneamine or DMAA. It is a naturally-occurring constituute of the geranium plant. This plant has long been in the food supply and has traditionally been used for a wide variety of purposes. This particular constitute is a stimulant that provides energy and focus to the user. This is one of the things that separates Jack3d from the rest, and makes Jack3d the best pre-workout drink out there.1,3-Dimethylamylamine HCl is safe in small doses. Never exceed recommended dosage and follow directions. Although there are no long-termstudies on its usage, it has a long history of safe use.We will stay on the lookout for more information on geranamine. Geranium has been safely used as an herbal supplement for centuries, though.

  • Schizandrol A

This is a tough one. Schizandrol A comes from Schisandra chinensis, a plant that was commonly used in ancient Chinese medicine. Little is known on the human effects of Schizandrol A, but USPLabs likes to talk about the rat study showing counter-stress behaviors from Schizandrol A.The following studies show that it also has potential antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-amnesiac, neuroprotective, and hepatoprotective effects for the liver, but a lot of these studies are rat studies and we do not know how much would be needed to get similar effects for humans.

In the end, Jack3d has an active ingredient list that is quite impressive, safe if used properly, as anyone who uses it will testify. We believe that the secret ingredient that separates Jack3d from the rest is the 1,3-Dimethylamylamine, but we can’t be sure.

What is acesulfame potassium? Is it an artificial sweetener?

  2. jack says:

is jack3d safe for a 15 year old boy?

    • Admin says:

No, the supplement is meant for users 18+ only. We can help you with diet if you like though. This is the most important thing – you are about to start growing like a weed (if you haven’t already) and your body needs real whole food and serious nutrients to fuel this growth.

No need for a preworkout. Eating and working out right and you should have infinite amounts of energy.

      • Frank says:

if your 13 and u work out is jack 3d ok or is it really dangerous and would it efect my body in any way

      • Admin says:

Sorry, but this is for users 18 and over only. 13 is way too young to be using a product like this. Proper diet, like the one that is shown when you enter this site, and any form of exercise for you will do great!

  3. Matt says:

Hello, I’m an 18 year old avid weight lifter, and am about to but jack3d for the first time today. I found this review very useful, and just want to thank you guys. Also, you mentioned a diet above, I was wondering if you could help me out with that as well.

  4. alex says:

can we get a proper ingredients list with the mass of each chemical?

    • Admin says:

No, sorry, this is part of USPLabs’ proprietary blend.

      • Max says:

        So, that’s just shady.

      • Admin says:

Not really. It’s perfectly legal and nearly every company does it. Everyone has tried to mimick Jack3d for the past 3 years (and consistently failed). USPLabs is not going to give away their blend. That’d be giving away tons of business. They spent the time to formulate the best, and according to US law, they deserve to keep it.

There are other formulas that have 100% full disclosure that you might want to try. I do appreciate when they show you what’s exactly in there, but at the end of the day… the product is simply not even close to as good as Jack3d!!!

  5. Chad says:

I just started the Insanity workout first thing in the morning ( 5:00am) and I need something to get me through the workout. Can I mix jacked the night in a water bottle and drink it first thing in the morning or is it better to mix right before you need it.

    • Admin says:

Good question. Many argue that the creatine will break down in water, so do it right before you need it. I’m having trouble finding the study, but I’d err on the side of caution and just mix it next to your bed first thing in the morning. The stimulant content would be fine though. It might also make your shaker smell permanently.

USPLabs has a new shaker cup that we need to write about. This could help some of your issues by having the powder right in one of the compartments.

  6. oreste says:

    • Admin says:

Well, there really is no such thing as “having NO in it”. This is an “NO Supplement” though, because the arginine AKG helps your body produce more nitric oxide. You can’t just “take NO”, you have to supplement something like arginine or similar to get these effects. So your answer is technically no, but really ‘yes’.

Jack3d is about 1000x better than NO Xplode in terms of focus and energy too. It’s an incredible choice.

  7. jeff says:

is Jack 3d suitable for vegetarians ?

    • Admin says:

No, not really – the creatine is typically sourced from pork. That may have changed recently, but in the past, it was not 100% vegetarian friendly. The best and most natural diets include healthy grass-fed and pastured meats, though.

      • ben says:

1st, very precises answer, i appreciate it!

Could you confirm if Jack’s Creatine comes form Pork ? Or from any other source please?

        For some reasons, i usualy don’t eat pork when it’s not a life-question :)

        Thanks a lot.

      • Admin says:

Unfortunately, USPLabs has not disclosed this for years, but it was originally said to be pork-derived. This may or may not be the case anymore, and we don’t have access to that info. Sorry!

  8. Sam says:

Is jack3d better than Muscletech’s Neurocore?

    • Admin says:

We’re obviously biased, but yes, we believe so. It’s more “direct” in its approach and has stronger dosages of the important stuff. Creatine HCl is still unproven, and we’re not sure you need all the ingredients in Neurocore for a pre workout, such as Rhodiola.

That said, I’m personally happy with the direction MuscleTech has taken in avoiding proprietary formulas in their new products. They are a big company and are doing some nice things.

  9. Anonymous says:

I’m a brestfeeding mom. Baby is almost 7 months old. I’m in the military and have a physical fitness test coming up. I’ve used jack3d before. I plan to take a half scoop in the am before my test and not breastfeed baby for 12 hrs. He will eat other things. I will pump and dump the milk for 12hrs after consumption of jack3d and resume feeding him at night. Is 12 hrs a good enough time for the jack3d to leave my system?

    • Admin says:

You must speak to a doctor about doing this. Sorry to be blunt, but this sounds like a horrible idea, especially if doing it regularly. Caffeine’s half-life is about 5 hours though, so you’re still going to have some in your system.

      • Nat says:

Is that a ‘horrible idea’ because it is unsafe for the baby through the breast milk, if so, why is this not on your label? I’ve had to search all over the Internet to get clear answers and have yet to find any still.

      • Admin says:

Breast milk is completely natural, how can that be a horrible idea? What’s horrible is giving your newborn child stimulants VIA breast milk…

  10. The beast says:

So guys this wil be the first time I wil use this product. So my question is after how long I will see my result and could I use this product with a fatburner?

    • Admin says:

We cannot tell you about your “result” because it all comes down to diet and training. We recommend the program here. Supplements are third to diet and training…. so your question is too vague and impossible to answer.

As far as using this as a fat burner, yes, this has definitely been done, but OxyELITE Pro has many similar ingredients and MORE so it is better suited for fat burning (and can be taken pre workout for energy). It’s made by the same pro’s who make Jack3d

  11. Anonymous says:

Is Jack3d hard on your body, specifically your liver and heart. I have ulcerative colitis and am not sure if I should still be taking Jack3d. What do you think?

    • Admin says:

Sorry, but you must speak to a doctor before mixing any supplements with any prescription medication. It should not be taken if you have any medical conditions without a doctor’s approval.

  12. Claire says:

Hi I’m a 30year old woman. I do a lot of running and am wanting to boost my
energy. Is Jack 3d mainly for muscle building or is it a good pre workout
    energy for all sports people?

    • Admin says:

Absolutely. Look at the reviews and you’ll see TONS of cardio users using it. Jack3d is definitely more of an energy supplement than a massive muscle-building, “pump” supplement, so you’ll be great to try it!

  13. dorgaard says:

Silicon Dioxide <- what is that exactly and why do you put it in your product?

  14. Crystal says:

    Is Jack3d Gluten free?

  15. joshua says:

Hey, what happens if you take the supplement more than 5 times consecutively during a 7 day period?

    • Admin says:

You’ll start to increase your tolerance to the stimulants, which could lead to less effectiveness and a worse off-cycle.

  16. janor says:

I read that Super NOS Pump will yield better result if it will be taken with Jack3D. Both contain AAKG. Will it be too much to take them together?

Also, why do you need to put artificial sweeteners (not 1 but 2 artificial sweeteners) and not natural sugar substitutes?

    • Admin says:

Yeah, that’s fine. It’s just 3g of AAKG – and you can go up to 10+ grams before having any problems.

A better stack is Yok3d, though – you’re already getting AAKG with Jack3d, so you might as well take advantage of a completely different kind of arginine and hit up a new pump pathway. Yok3d is very cheap and takes longer to kick in (so you take it before you take Jack3d) but the stim-free pumps are awesome.

  17. Loko says:

Is it normal that you have palpitations @night and after that you just cant sleep.

i took 1 scoop 8:00 PM. before my kickboxing workout.

    • Admin says:

No, I would discontinue use that late in the night. The stimulants are going to be working in your system after you’re trying to go to bed. I never take this after 5:30pm if I’m trying to get any sleep that night.

  18. JP says:

Hi,I have couple of questions pelase

A- Does Jack3d have any of the following:
    1- Aspirine
    2- Penicilline
    3-Sea food extracts

I am asking because I am allergic to the above

B- I intend to do either P90X or Insanity, Is it useful to take Jack3d prior to this workout? and if so, how much time before exercising?

    Many thanks

    • Admin says:

Good questions. It does not contain any of the above.

Taking it before P90X or Insanity would be absolutely awesome. Remember, this is more of an energy supplement than a crazy pump supplement*, so with those types of workouts, this would be a totally ideal product to take. Looking at all of the reviews on this site, you’ll see that tons of people are only using it for cardio even. It’s not just a hardcore weightlifting product.

      Good luck!!

      * if you want even more pumps, stacking with Yok3d will help

  19. Dnn says:

Is it ok to mix BCAA powder, Flaxseed powder and L-Glutamine in with Jack3d?

Also, how much creatine is in a single scoop of Jack3d? I take 5g a day and will have to adjust the amount accordingly.

    • Admin says:

I love mixing BCAA with Jack3d. Modern BCAA rocks. The flaxseed powder should be fine too, but if it’s a fat, it will slow digestion. I don’t see a horrible problem with that, but it might just take a bit longer to kick in.

L-Glutamine is great for empty stomach workouts but is slightly overrated – studies constantly show that it won’t ADD muscle mass – but it can help prevent you from losing it when on empty stomach workouts, much like BCAAs. Since it’s cheap, it’s cool to add though.

Not sure how much creatine is in there, as this is part of USP’s proprietary formula, but my estimates are between 1 and 1.2g, so you can adjust accordingly post-workout. If doing 2 scoops of Jack3d, go down to 3g of creatine… but sticking at 5g of creatine regardless won’t hurt you, especially since it’s so cheap.

  20. mark says:

Is it safe to use with whey protein before workout? And how long before it kicks in? I’m a bit worried if I will still going to take whey protein if I will going to use jack3d. thanks in advance

    • Admin says:

Sure you can do that. It’s ideal for those who are in muscle building mode and don’t want to go too catabolic (muscle breakdown mode). This might slow your digestion of Jack3d a bit if you’re used to taking it on a 100% empty stomach, so you may adjust for that by taking Jack3d a bit earlier (experiment with it – everyone’s metabolism kicks in at different times).

Pro Tip: Add 1 Tbsp of MCT Oil to your whey protein shake pre workout. This is discussed in the free diet book Fat Loss Factor. MCT Oil actually gets used in the muslces and provides a bit of extra energy and does not get stored as fat, especially pre workout. Great for bulkers.

  21. Matt says:

I get amazing pumps, strength, size and focus. I love all the flavours, find some have differnet stronger or weaker effects is that due to the powder distilling or does it remain consistant throughout?
Also why do l suffer spots when taking this and other products like Black Powder, is it the creatine? I need to find something my skin doesnt react to as it puts me off training until they have cleared up. I especially get them on my head where l get the tingle feel after taking jack3d. Can you help? Milk thistle doesnt work either.

    • Admin says:

It sounds like this is the beta alanine acting, which is also in Black Powder. The tingles are not always experienced by everyone, but they are a type of side effect that are known to not be dangerous – studies show that beta alanine is not toxic after prolonged use for a month. So you can “fight” through them, lower dosage, or replace Jack3d.

If you want something without beta alanine, I’d use Yok3d for pumps, and either straight caffeine for energy, or something like Focus XT. It’s actually pretty hard to find a pre workout without beta alanine in it anymore – everyone has been copying the beta alanine in Jack3d over the past two years…

All flavors should have the exact same ingredients, potency-wise.

      • Matt says:

Thanks, I have tried a new product, i dont seem to suffer spots but still get the tingles, l will def try the Yok3d, always keen to try new products and see how it effects my training and results.
I rate jack3d as one of the top products, it would be the highest if it didnt cause me spots! lol.

  22. Doug says:

Man… love this stuff. I used NO-xplode at first and then a friend reccomended Jack3d – this stuff is awesome, and it tastes a thousand times better. Xplode would make me reflux wickedly and there were a couple of times (doing squats) that it actually came up – nasty garbage. My question is mixing this with a BCAA. Does Jack3d have any interactions that you know of, and how would you recommend adding a BCAA. I know BCAAs are best taken pre and post workout, and I take Jack3d right before I work out (in fact I take it right before I jump on the treadmill/elliptical to warm up, and when I feel the tingles, I know it’s time to go to the weights). Are thany any BCAAs you’d recommend as well. Thanks for a great product!

    • Admin says:

BCAA is great to take pre workout and intra (during) workout – that’s when it’s actually most often used.

Go for Modern BCAA – ModernBCAA.com – the unflavored can mix with Jack3d for pre workout, but it still doesn’t taste too good. I like Blue Razz myself, but Grape is probably the “safest” option, and can be used alone during workout too. BCAAs rock.

  23. cwall says:

should jack3d be used in cycles? ifso what should the spacing be?

  24. Lil jay says:

This stuff is potent yet there’s idiots taking 12 scoops and Landing them selves in the ER . Maybe put an idiot warning cause those idiots ruined it for all of us using jacked ! The gerium is a plant not a ***** drug ! Screw theFDA SCREW THESE IDIOTS ID put the stuff in and call it sum thing else cause that plant got me swollen vs the other crud I was taking b 4 !

    • Admin says:

Welcome to America. “Land of the Free”.

We continue to let the ignorant ruin it for everyone else by bringing us down to their level.

  25. tommy says:

Bodybuilding.com recently pulled your product because of new findings regarding DMAA. Do you still believe your product is safe despite the US Food and Drug Administrations warning that DMAA has been found to cause cardiac and psychological problems and even death?

    • Admin says:

Several studies have been done showing the safety of Jack3d and OxyELITE Pro. You can read them here: http://www.jack3d.org/is-jack3d-safe.

This is a safe product for healthy individuals who use it properly – NEVER exceed maximum dosing, do not mix with prescription drugs or other stimulants, and do not use if you have a medical condition. The fact is, those who injured themselves failed all three of those criteria.

Over a BILLION servings of Jack3d and OxyELITE Pro have been taken safely by people who heed the label’s warnings. And now it is going to be ruined by the idiocy and ignorance of a few.

As a point, this site is not run by USPLabs. It is of this site owner’s personal opinion that the FDA allows far more dangerous substances than simple stimulants that can be naturally derived from nature. It’s sheer hypocrisy.

  26. Lil jay says:

@ tommy : k dude if you hate jack3d so much then don’t buy thir product ! Then again all of us who have been using jack3d have been following the proper amounts but since these morons who think oh I’ll take 12 scoops and then wonder why 24 hours later their in the ER it’s cause their dumb ass took 10 more scoops then what the product says . There’s haters every where regardless of what product you buy . Personally I’d sued the FDA and show them jack3d is effective and can be used safely ! The problem is these idiots think oh I have to take 10 more scoops to get the same potency of the stuff they used be fore . Na 1/2-2 scoops is enough is extremely potent yet idiots continue to be idiots and abuse a good product to get ppl on their level and to get attention . As I said be for screw the FDA they will remove any product they please cause they can . Oh by the way the head of the FDA used to be the head of Monsanto !

  27. Shim says:

does the creatine you use cause bloat? I would like to cut down but I’d still like to retain some pump and not get that” deflated look I sometimes do when I am in cutting cucle however I also do not want my waistline going up.

    • Admin says:

Sometimes creatine can cause increased water retention, but the amount and quality of the creatine in Jack3d will not. Really, it was the low-end stuff out of China that many other companies were using that caused these problems — that and the fact that LOADING like 20g/day was emphasized in the beginning, mainly as a ploy to get people to buy more when it was lower quality and more expensive. Not as much of a problem now.

When cutting, a more important supplement to take is BCAAs, which will prevent catabolization (muscle break down) when you’re in a fasted state. Check out http://www.modernbcaa.com to read about USPLabs’ BCAA powder for this purpose.

  28. amit says:

is jack3d can take in two times in a day if a person is training intwo times a day and if smeone misses workout after taking jack3d can he later on again jack3d on the same day befire workout

    • Admin says:

This isn’t recommended usage of the product, but if you are taking 1-1.5 scoop each time, I’d have no problem with it. As long as you do not exceed 3 scoops within 24 hours, you are ‘somewhat’ following the label. Over 3 scoops per day is NOT recommended!!

  29. jake says:

Hi, Im a fit and healthy 49 year old. No medical issues Been into weights and fitness almost all my life. Is jack3d safe for me to use.

    • Admin says:

Sounds like you’re good to give it a go! A few people older than you have put incredible reviews on this site.

      • Jake says:

Ive now used J3d A few times and get aa awesome workout, just don’t seem to fatigue, however even taking it early afternoon , I still end up with a very intermittent and restless nights sleep after taking it.

hi im just wana know if there is anyside effect of jack 3d as suplement used by girl weightlifter ??
like increase gross of hair on the body, change hormone,or effect the liver enzymes?!!!!
and what do u prfer me to add with jack 3d to curve more nd to have stable result on my body(cos im already pumped nd having 6 packs)

    • Admin says:

Jack3d has absolutely nothing hormonal in it, so you will not have those types of problems. Plenty of women have used this product and they love it all the same – just at lower dosages than the big boys.

The side effects are limited to that of the stimulants and the tingling from the beta alanine (safe and non hormonal). Very few people are allergic to AAKG and creatine has been proven to be safe and effective time and time again. Start with low dosage like half a scoop!

Not sure what you mean about curves – it sounds like you’d actually want to slightly increase your bodyfat in that case (am I crazy for saying that?!), or continue building muscles in your glutes and thighs. Jack3d will help with the latter, but a dash more carbs and fat might help too.

  31. girlpower2457 says:

does jack3d like have any really serious side effects? Cause i saw on the news its really dangerous

    • Admin says:

We have an entire page on this site discussing potential side effects and another page that shows studies done on it. What did the news say? I’ve yet to see one SUBSTANTIAL news report on the hazards of Jack3d or DMAA – it is all a bunch of fear because some fat idiots with pre-existing medical conditions took 6 scoops before their military training and had an event.

BILLIONS of servings of Jack3d and OxyELITE Pro have been used safely when used according to the label – not mixing it with prescription drugs, no pre-existing health conditions, and a low dosage under 3 scoops per day.

  32. Moussa says:

I heard that the 1,3-Dimethylamylamine has been removed from jack3d, is that true?

    • Admin says:

This is still up in the air. The FDA is evaluating the safety of DMAA and USPLabs is using all of the research they have proving that it’s safe when administered properly. We will see what happens.

  33. beh says:

hi is jack 3d has any bad effecting on ur heart??

  34. mark says:

How long does your product stay in your system?

    • Admin says:

It depends on your metabolism, but not long. The half-life of caffeine, for instance, is about 4.5 hours. Within a few days you should be completely clean and free, but it still depends on your diet, metabolism, activity level.

  35. david says:

ive heard about jack3d b4 and was wondering would it be safe 2 take with muscletechs masstech, anabolic creatine, bcaa, glutamine and zma ? or should i cut some of that out ? any advice would be helpful as i really wanna give this stuff a go but not end up in a morgue!!! thanx admin

    • Admin says:

Yes, that’s an okay stack (real food is still most important – MassTech has a DISGUSTING amount of nasty maltodextrin – no thanks!). As long as you don’t mix it with other stimulants, you’re overall good. Glutamine can be mixed with the Jack3d pre workout or with BCAAs during workout, and ZMA is great before bed.

Creatine… anytime you want, perhaps first thing in the morning or opposite your Jack3d. You won’t need any extra creatine though, since MassTech and Jack3d has it, so if you stick with MassTech, drop the extra creatine and eat your lean pastured beef.

hello i am 62 kg , 1.75 and i am training hard for about 2 months almost ,i need to gain muscle mass . i use nano vapor hardcore of muscletech. its a nice pre-workout supliment. i also buy yesterday jack3d cz i hear alot for it. what is better to use for me because i whant to gain mass and i read that jack gives alot of energy . that is ok for me ? i mean what is better with simple words of those 2 ? do jack have something inside that will help me gain mass? and the dose is more than nano vapor?

    • Admin says:

You need to eat real whole foods and worry less about supplements. What’s your diet plan? Did you check out the diet plan on this site?

Hope you’re not mixing NanoVapor with Jack3d. It shouldn’t be mixed with other stimulants.

Jack3d has creatine monohydrate, which is good for muscle growth. But not as good as real freakin food and protein.

Is Jack 3d legal in a powerlifting associations. I lift in the USAPL master division. I went to there web page and I cant find anything about it. Also, I am 50 and have been powerlifting for 25 years. I like this product but I am just a little nervous about some if the ingredients. Are they all safe? My concern is failing a drug test.

    • Admin says:

Are you drug tested ever? You need to contact your governing body to see if DMAA and caffeine are banned. DMAA is often the ingredient that is tested for (it’s specifically banned by WADA, NCAA, MLB, etc).

You might also want to hit up Kameron Ross on Facebook. He’s the USPLabs sponsored power lifter and can give you some info too!

  39. mark says:

So if I use during my workout and have a test 8 to 10 days later after hydrating well and continue my workout routine I should be clean to pass.

  40. Sean s says:

What about the other ingredients? Could they pose a health threat?

  41. Joey says:

Well from what i hear is that Jack3d gives you clean relentless jittery energy but not so much of a pump, what can i take in order to get a pump? could i take A-AKG by Olympian labs to recieve more of a fullness in my muscles? or do i need some sort of BCAA to take with it?

    • Admin says:

Yes – This is definitely more of an energy supplement. More AAKG can’t hurt, but you should also check out Yok3d, which is the stim-free pump product from USPLabs. You have to take it a bit earlier though, since it takes longer to kick in.

  43. Brian L says:

Can u buy this product with out sucralose as this is a trigger for some people who suffer from migraine headaches. And I am one of these, finding it hard to get supplements without sucralose or aspartame .
    Thx and patiently waiting.

    • Admin says:

Sorry, but there is no sucralose-free version. From what I hear, there won’t be a stevia version anytime soon either.

  44. Ben says:

Another DMAA question… I’m concerned about the risks of DMAA showing up in drug tests.

I take Jack3d (and protein) safely and appropriately but am seeing posts about how it has caused people to fail drug tests? It’s hard to tell if these posters lifestyles are benign or not but it has caused some suspicion.

    Any thoughts about this?

    • Admin says:

We’re on the same page as you. Suspicious at best. We’ve never seen it fail a drug test in situations we’ve 100% controlled.

That said, full and open disclosure with your governing body is still the best way to go. This is not an illegal substance, so there is no shame in asking if you can take Jack3d while on this drug test.

  45. cory says:

im a kidney transplant patient, shld i consult dr for starting this product?

    • Admin says:

Absolutely. They will likely tell you not to take it, and I would agree with that assessment. It’s too risky. Even the creatine might make the kidney do a bit extra work, which you probably don’t need.

  46. brandy says:

I’m 17 and I wanna know if I can mix jack3D with way protein? Will it be save?

  47. steven says:

i heard the 1 3 dimethylamylamine hci can cause false positives on employer drug testing as amphetamines. Is this true? Probably just trolls on the web using jack 3d as a scapegoat but I was just wondering.

    • Admin says:

Many trolls and liars out there ever since the beginning. I’ve yet to see one of these false positive tests from someone who has only been on Jack3d. The organic chemistry to convert to a true amphetabmine metabolite simply can’t happen, and a proper test will confirm that.

THAT SAID.. as always, full disclosure is best. This product is legal, and you should have no problem telling your governing body / drug testing manager/sponsor that you are using it.

  48. Amr says:

Im 22yrs 1.76 m ,75 Kgs(7% body fat & 46% muscle mass)but my body seams to be so steady the past 6 months or more.. freinds recomended Jack3d,but i was wondering,is Jack 3d completley 100% safe!? i took”NO xplode” before for only 5 days but i was on triple dosage, and it caused me very serious problems,i felt so disey as my blood pressure went to low besides the tacchycardia made me awefull !!

Also i heard that the Jack3d can ast as an appetite suppressant,
and my appetite is bad by nature and my metabolism is weirdly high ..!!

the point is i want to break my plateau,Gain mass, and not loose weight or get a worse appetite then that already have, without getting sick again !!

is JACK 3d good for me or not ?!

    • Admin says:

A triple dose? You should first see a doctor if you have medical problems.

Sounds like a good plateau to be on, your stats look great. Small changes in diet will probably have bigger results. The caffeine and DMAA in Jack3d do act a bit as an appetite suppressant though.

I would not recommend starting at such high dosages that you did with NO-Xplode. See a doctor about the heart to get a clean bill of health, and then start at a half a scoop to assess, and move up slowly from there. But your diet and training methods might have a bigger impact from where you’re at.

I’m not sure what a “bad appetite” really means though. You need to eat a lot to gain a lot, and if you don’t want to gain fat, you need to monitor and measure like a hawk, and slowly increase calories – especially the clean carbs.

  49. guitarmafia says:

i am naturally high caffeine tolerant ,,,will jack3d work on me??

    • Admin says:

Possibly, if the 1,3 Dimethylamylamine HCl and Schizandrol A give a kick that you’re not used to. But do not go over the recommended dosage on the label!

Are you on stimulants for a long time? If so, have you gone off COMPLETELY, cold turkey for an entire month? I’d recommend doing this to reset yourself!

  50. ozcan says:

I relize your suppose to be 18 to take this supplement but can you take it at 15 in small doses?
