Can Women Take Jack3d?
The hype of Jack3d has everyone interested, and for good reason – it gives people their best workouts ever! So now a lot of females are asking if they can use Jack3d as well.
The simple answer is: yes, women should feel free to use Jack3d.
Take a look at the ingredient profile – there is nothing that women cannot have in Jack3d. But there are two issues at hand for women: the amount of stimulants, and creatine monohydrate.
Creatine and Stimulants for Women in Jack3d
The typical woman is smaller than the typical man, and does not need as much caffeine or 1,3-Dimethylamylamine HCl to get a rush, or as much AAKG to get a pump. For this reason, we recommend that women start with 1/2 a scoop 30 minutes before working out. This is roughly equivalent to a bit less than a cup of coffee.
After a while, women can move up to one scoop. We don’t think any women of average size should need more than 1.5 scoops of Jack3d, unless you’re just “having one of those days”!
Next up is creatine. While most females don’t typically use creatine monohydrate, seriously athletic ones often do with amazing results. It is safe for them to do so, and it DOES help them gain muscle mass. However, there is some potential water retention in the muscles.
For the girls out there who don’t want any water retention, you need not worry – the 1/2 scoop or full scoop of Jack3d recommended above won’t have enough creatine to really cause a lot of water weight gain – just a bit of a performance boost though!
This is why we recommend men add more creatine to their regimen (post-workout)… but women don’t need to. The amount of creatine in a scoop of Jack3d is just perfect enough to give the average woman a little extra edge.
